I feel awful...

Energy - nil
Nausea - x10
Thinking - Fuzzy
Headache - Massive
Stomach - painful

I probably won't post more today :(

Jeanessa,
I thought I would stop by to offer you some support. I am sorry you feel so horrible.
I will read over your other blog posts and see exactly what type of WOE you are doing. I know when I cut out caffeine the headaches and grumpiness are the worst.
I also know not to start a new WOE the week before TOM, because my hormones are enough to drive me crazy then already.
So you may want to rule out that neither one of those situations apply for you right now.
Don't give up!
I am beginning to focus on my WOE as well. I have not found the perfect fit for me, but I know that it includes low carbs as a must.
I hope we can cheer each other along the way.

This too shall pass, hon! Drink enough water, and take good care of yourself. Go outside and appreciate the sun for a bit! This phase shouldn't last long.

I'm so sorry you feel so cruddy. :(

I'll just offer an analogy and be on my way....

John 21 "A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world."

I know it's hard - very hard. But you will get through this. Just like the woman in labor, you won't give up - there is no other option if you want to be healthy.

And when the induction flu subsides, you'll be oh so glad you toughed it out.

{{{hugs}}}
